My cystic acne & thinning hair made me so self conscious, i didn't want anyone to see me
I had ZERO energy, despite previously being super active in school. My mum had to help me climb the stairs at the end of the day
I was very sensitive to so many things & my 'safe list' included less than 10 foods, meaning that i couldn't eat out without extreme reactions
Digestive issues controlled my life as I'd often be in pain from bloating & acid reflux kept me up at night

But at the end of 2019 I finally FIGURED IT OUT. Despite so many attempts to heal my body during those 7 years, I couldn't fully recover until I addressed the underlying ROOT CAUSES. A big factor for me was TOXIC MOLD EXPOSURE that I was unknowingly being exposed to that entire time...
